BE has been assisting South West London Architects Mohsin Cooper with the planning application for this Raynes Park development.

The now consented development consists of a refurbishment and extension of an existing mixed use building. The project will provide an additional 8no. new residential units, as well as the extension and refurbishment of 5no. commercial units and 5no. further residential units.
