We’ve been working with international hotel chain Dorsett City to bring their latest 4 star hotel to completion.

Dorsett Group offers something different to the travel guests of today. Their hotels are placed in major vibrant cities around the world, in urban centres to foster a sense of heartfelt local hospitality and in tune with the existing neighbourhoods. The 13-storey hotel in the heart of the City offers chic and contemporary surroundings for the most discerning guests to relax, rejuvenate, and revel!

With the larger projects they can provide a range of assessments with one point of contact. We submitted a planning application for 224 residential apartments for a site in Luton.
