BE have been commissioned by M&E Consultants EMD Group to carry out Part L energy assessment for this conversion scheme in Harlow.
Templefields House is a project comprising two existing office blocks linked with walkways, which will be refurbished and developed into 86 studio apartments and 68 two bedroom apartments.
