North Wharf Gardens is a large mixed use development at Paddington Waterside, London delivered in two phases nad completed in 2021.
We were delighted ot be appointed by the M&E team to provide stage 2/3 energy assessment for pre planning phases. The scheme is a multi-stage development of residential, workplace, and retail spaces and features 450 residential units, a 350-bed hotel, and a school.
