BE were appointed by Brooklands Developments to deliver consultancy, assessment and testing services for a new build scheme in Sheffield. The 12 apartment development is situated in a gated development in the highly desirable and historic Abbeydale Hall grounds.
Planners had set a challenging Code level 4 target for the site, requiring the careful planning and integration of sustainable measures encompassing the ecology of the site, it’s energy demand and the wellbeing of current and future occupants.
