We can add value from your early concept designs at Stage 2 and 3 – helping to shape an energy strategy which fits the brief and meets all the requirements of local planning policy.
We work alongside your team to offer creative solutions which maximise the opportunities onsite, reducing energy use and carbon emissions and helping to instill sustainable design from the off. Our job is then to deliver preliminary reporting, assessments and calculations to demonstrate the merits of the application.
We then get down to detail, applying our technical expertise around Stage 4 to help you finalise and submit designs for building regulations approval.
Towards completion of the scheme – Stage 5 and 6 – we take a proactive approach in managing the successful completion and handover process – delivering final testing, certification and sign off exactly when you need it.
