BE have recently completed works on a new 66-bed care home at College Way, Exeter for Montpelier Estates and BAM Construction.

Montpelier Estates is a specialist healthcare developer and is focused on delivering design-led, high quality environments with aesthetically pleasing facilities.

The Exeter facility provides communal, therapy and dining rooms as well as offices for staff and a cafe on the ground floor. The home will employ 40 full time staff and 20 part time staff.
