Our latest project for Metis Homes has recently completed – and what a stunning scheme it is.
The 165 acre King Edward VII Estate sits in the heart of the spectacular South Downs National Park. A collection of 19 two, three and four bedroom homes now sit within a secluded pocket of mature woodland.
The Grade II* listed main building was originally a tuberculosis sanatorium, founded by King Edward VII at the beginning of the 20th century. Now, the communal halls are superbly restored and open to all of the Estate’s residents, with amenities including an on-site gym, swimming pool, a concierge service and almost 7km of private woodland walks.
