We are very pleased to share the successful completion of the Watford County and Family Court refurbishment project, delivered by Wates Smartspace.
Located in the heart of Watford, the project remodelled and transformed a six storey, 30 year old former CAT A office into a new, modern judicial development on behalf of His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service (HMCTS). The project has been delivered by Wates under the £2.5b MOJ Strategic Alliance Framework.
One of the defining features of the project was it’s emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency. The project included a full strip-out, replacement of building services and a bespoke fit-out, and to this end BE have been collaborating closely with the Wates team in achieving a BREEAM Very Good Rating.
