BRE have announced the opening of the Home Quality Mark for registrations.
This means that any new build in England can now be registered and assessed under the scheme, with other home nations following later in 2016.
BRE will be continually updating and improving the scheme throughout the coming year in response to feedback from assessors and industry. Many local authorities are already encouraging adoption through the planning process.
